About Ernst.

Ernst's musical journey began at the tender age of three when he started learning classical piano. This early introduction to music laid a strong foundation for his future endeavors and instilled in him a deep appreciation for musical structure and expression. 

In 2018, Ernst ventured into the world of music production. He composed and produced music for his own band, exploring the creative and technical aspects of music creation. This period marked his introduction to digital audio production, where he honed his skills in recording, editing, and mixing sound.

As he delved deeper into the field, Ernst expanded his expertise to include live audio production. To formalize his education and further refine his skills, he pursued a Diploma in Audio Production at LASALLE College of the Art where he also earned an Academic Excellence Award for his outstanding performance.

During his studies, Ernst delved deep into the intricacies of Live Sound, developing a particular interest in System Engineering and Immersive Audio Systems. His fascination with how sound can be manipulated to create immersive experiences led him to work on several productions utilizing these advanced technologies. These experiences were pivotal, sparking a desire to delve deeper into the potential of immersive audio.

Ernst's professional portfolio is diverse, reflecting his versatility across various types of productions. He has worked on live concerts, art installations, and musical theatre, each project benefiting from his extensive skill set. Ernst has successfully assumed multiple roles, including System Engineer/Technician, Sound Designer, Front-of-House and Monitor Engineer. His ability to adapt and excel in these different capacities underscores his broad understanding of audio production and his dedication to achieving excellence in every project.
